VERB TENSES
- Present Simple
- Used when something happens everyday
- EXAMPLE "He always catch the bus at eight o'clock in the morning"
- Past simple
- It's used when something happened in the past
- EXAMPLE "Yesterday I bought a beautiful and purple t-shirt
- Past Continuous
- It's when an action started in the past and it doesn't finished yet Or when an accion interrupt the other
- EXAMPLE "They were studying in their bedroom when she knocked the door
- When we talk in past continuous first action goes with WAS/WERE and the action in continuous and the second action is past continuous
- Present Progressive
- EXAMPLE "I'm going to the cinema ON SATURDAY"
- Time is mentioned
- Future Planned Action
- It's used to talk about an action which was planned before
- EXAMPLE Tomorrow we are going to have an exam
- To talk about Planned Action we use GOING TO
- Future Simple (No planned accion)
- It's used to talk about an action which wasn't planned before or a sudden decision
- to talk about a no planned action we use WILL
- EXAMPLE - I can't find my bag! - I WILL help yo
- Present Contiuous
- It's used to talk about something what is happening now
- EXAMPLE "She is studying for the exam right now "
- To talk in Present Continuous we use ING
