- Survey A, B, and C are done and submitted by IB teaching team
- IB Coordinator is responsible for teachers receiving ongoing IB training and have access to MyIB
- Fees payed to IB/Consultant
- IB Authorization Process
- Request and Application for Candidacy usually by future IB Coordinator
- School Admin and IB Coordinator analyze School vs IB philosophies and make any changes necessary
- Process is usually started 2-3 years prior to first start of programme
- IB Coordinator hosts a verification visit from IB that is usually 3 days
- School receives decision on authorization
- Feasibility Study done by IB Coordinator and School Admin
- IB Evaluation Process
- Done every 5 years and usually takes a whole year to complete
- Self-Study questionnaire done by IB Coord/school admin and teachers
- Reflection on practicies and policies done by IB coord and school admin
- Submit documents and receive recomendations
- Make changes to policies and resubmit forms
- Keep on top of yearly IB changes and update policies accordingly keeping records of changes
