- DEF: Forgiveness means the act of excusing a sins or
wrongdoings. Forgiveness is necessary in order to restore
relationship.

discrimination
- Prejudice- a belief or thought
about a group of people based on
stereotypes and not facts.
- Discrimination-Actions based on prejudiced
thoughts; acting out prejudice, putting your
prejudice into action.
- Equality is the state of being equal or being treated
equally. Some people believe that everyone should
receive equal rights, treatment and opportunities
because everyone is equally important . THEY WANT

they believe in equality for all people regardless of
their race gender, sexuality, age or physical or mental
ability. others believe since everyone is different haow
can we possible treat everyone equally.

- DEF: Racism means prejudice or
discrimination because of race (colour,
culture and ethnic group). Sometimes people
believe that a certain race is better or worse
than other this is racial prejudice. When
these beliefs are acted upon and peole are
treated differently this is racial

- Christians generally believe that racism
is wrong because it goes against
Christian principles of equality and love
because it involves treating people
badly and not showing them love and
respect. RACIISM IS A FORM OF
INEQULAITY.

people of all races fairly, they try to respect everyone
equally, regardless of race. and they do not join other in
racist behaviours. They may try and encourage racial
equality by setting positive examples, educating children
about equality and the importance of respecting everyone.

- Examples of unequal treatment at work include: women being unfairly

Traditionally most Christians believe that men
were in charge and the role of women was to
support men. Today there are still some
Christians who have the same view. However
many modern Christians believe that men and
women should be treated equally and that they
should both be in charge together. This is
because the bible was written a long tiem ago,
in a male dominated society and its references
to the roles of men and women reflect this.

be in charge: Jesus' disciples ere all
men. the first women Eve was created
as man's companion. However the
principles of equality should be applied

are all one in Christ.

other religions.
- Although Christians do not generally accept the
beliefs of other religion as being equal to their own,
ost Christians believe in religios freedom. They believe
that everyone has the right to their own beliefs. Many
chritians believe it is right to respect the beliefs of
others and live together in harmony whilst
appreciating the right to practise one's own fiath.
- Christians are thought that only a Christian who
accepts Jesus as the son of God and the saviour
can know God. Followers of other religion who do
not recognise the full importance of Jesus can not

believe that Christianity is the only true faith, some Christians believe that other religions
