smiley face
- Nurses could have knocked on the door before

their forms
- Some nurses were very good however the bad ones
made my stay horrible

RESPONSE
- I could not reach the call

- I did not see anyone for 3 hours
- I had to wait an hour before anyone came in
- I felt abandoned, waiting for 20 minutes is unacceptable
- DISCHARGE
- I was left and had to ask when I could go home
- I know its hard to predict but an idea of
what time one would be discharged would
help
- Taking the venflon out as daughter pushed
me down the corridoor
