Organizational Cultures

of unequal power distribution accept and expect

individuals are integrated in groups. Which means if an
individual has a self-consciousness or group
consciousness
- Uncertainty Avoidance
- The uncertainty avoidance
indicates whether the members
of a culture feel threatened by
uncertain or unknown situations
- Masculinity and Femininity
- This culture dimension says something about the
roles between the sexes and which values the

gender roles are clearly separated. In feminine
cultures, there is an overlap of the rolls.
