- The Children will study the musical scale of C Major using well known melodies, nursery rhymes and melodic devices to begin to write and arrange simple melodies.
they will also be introduced to simple standard and non-standard notation

- High and Low: demonstrated and practiced visually with their 8 note xylophone, the song, High. Low, Giggle in the middle and using the bass guitar, the classical guitar and the ukulele

- Using the award winning scheme UKUELE MAGIC, the children will learn the fundamentals of good ukulele technique singing and playing both open string accompaniments and chords

Joy of Singing
Anmerkungen:
- Complying to Covid safe rules, children will explore their voices in unison, round and harmony singing, paying attention to breath control, volume and pitch

- Children will learn about the rise of Blues music in mainstream culture and pop music. They will study the music of Elvis Presley and Nina Simone
