- Recruit and assign FUVs (Facilitator for Urban Visioning) to
work in the Learning Hubs (To establish relationship and
work with the Community Partners)
- Empower youths for evidence-based, real situation
in their community (photo/video contest)
- GPS the location of the slums with basic
info of each slum (Google Maps)
- 3. Mapping out all projects in Phnom Penh - a linkage
to the Learning Hubs (citywide)
- Specific goal owner for the learning hubs; the hub is the
coordination centre for the community; next is the full
ownership of the Community Worker for the hub.
