        • -Prepare your mind for what goal you want to reach while meditating whether it be inner peace, happiness, strength, or anything you want! -Find a certain place and time to do your meditating every day. -Wear comfortable clothes and have a timer set for however long you want to meditate for.

          • -Sit crisscrossed and make sure your back is straight. -Start playing the music(optional) and set your timer. -Focus on your breathing. Keep your mouth closed and relax. Breathe in and out slowly through your nose. -Observe breathing, do not over analyze it. Focus on some aspect of your breathes.

            • -Make sure your cell phone is set to silent. -Meditating before bed will help your brain shut down and will make you feel more relaxed. - smooth music helps you relax better -It is not going to change your life your first session, be patient and do not get frustrated!
