cycling as it can't be
split up

are serial like a
gymnastics routine
as it enables the
performer to easily
chain bits together
like they would have
to in real life.
- Involves the chaining of skills
together to get a feel for parts
of the skill and as a whole.
- Whole-Part-Whole
- This is when you practice
the skill as a whole and
then break it down to
correct parts of it and
then put it back together.
- Works for nearly every
skill except continuous
skills as they can't be
broken down very easily
- Most
