- What will it cost to enter this market?

- How long will it take to start making revenue? 3 months - It would be
preferable to enter the market with a client; we are currently actively
pursuing business. We propose a 3month period in which we will be
working at attracting business.
- Will staff be easy to recruit? How many people will we need? Staff will not be easy to recruit – we will
depend on support from the Kenya and Uganda offices initially – we will work with a skeletal staff in
Nigeria to begin with)
- How will we staff the new office? 5 Pax: Seanice_Timothy_Emeka_Liz (In Uganda) and we will hire
one new member of staff for Client services.
- How will they know what to do and what I expect from them? Hands on approach, full JD, targets
and requirements with timelines and milestones will be clearly spelled out.
- What will it cost? A good client services person in Nigeria will typically cost between 2-3,000$ a
month*
- How will we launch into the new market? We will focus on one to one visits with Clients and a
sound presentation – we should also invest in a unique WE ARE HERE branded package to leave or
send clients as an introduction that sets us apart also we will \Create a list of local and regional
(Ghana?) businesses who may be interested in your services. Maintain the list on a spreadsheet –
Asana database we will reference this list when making our targets and for marketing purposes.
We plan to Create and execute a marketing campaign to the companies on our prospect list. Our
campaign will use elements of direct mail of marketing materials, emails and phone calls. We are
also considering launching a digital campaign to push our entry – depending on the cost of this, we
may just focus on personal relationships and building them
- We plan to Join local business organizations to network with other business owners and get the name
out there. We have already reached out to the organizer of Social Media Week as in the advertising
business, relationships, visibility and creativity are the keys to getting that first account
