- Starch is found in cereals, cornflour, potatoes, pasta and flour.
Sugars are found in fruit, vegetables, honey, milk and malt products.

- fat is need to give the body concentrated sources of energy and to insulate the body. There are also two type: saturated and unsaturated.
- Saturated fat are usually obtained from animal sources for example butter and lard.
- Unsaturated fats come from vegetable sources, such as sunflower oil.
- Minerals

- Minerals are needed in small amounts to help the body function properly and stay strong. Calcium and Iron are two very important minerals!

- Iron is needed for the growth of red blood cells within the body. Sources include, red meat, lentils, green vegetables, eggs and bread.
