into action. In order to go through
this phase, we have to consider
three major steps, which are
training the instructors, preparing
the learners, and organizing the
learning environment.

- Evaluation Phase; The final process in
ADDIE model is Evaluation phase. It is
very important to evaluate each step in
order to make sure that we achieve our
goals using the instructional design and
materials to meet the learner needs.

- The ASSURE Model is a guide for
planning and conducting instruction
that uses media. The Assure Model
has six steps, represented by the
acronym in its title that describes a
set of tasks central to the informed
selection and use of educational
technology. The tasks are:
