  1. ADDIE MODEL
    1. This model is an approach that helps teachers to create an efficient, effective teaching design.
      1. This systematic process is represented in the acronym ADDIE, which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
        1. It is based on the instructional design which is a systematic process that helps in creating and developing effective, appealing, and efficient instructional materials within a supportive environment using art, science, learning, and instructional theory.
          1. Phases
            1. Design Phase
              1. In this step to you think about how design instruction can really be effective in ways that facilitate people’s learning and interaction with the materials you create and provide.
                1. This is when you start applying the instruction.
                2. Implementation Phase
                  1. It is about transforming our plan into action.
                    1. Three steps: Training the teachers, prepare students, and organize the learning environment.
                    2. Analysis Phase
                      1. Teachers analyse skills and abilitites, which steps to take to crete learing opportunities.
                        1. This is the most important part of the process because teachers do an analysis before creating, developing or implementig a plan.
                        2. Evaluation Phase
                          1. It is very important to evaluate if you are meeting with the learners needs.
                            1. Mske sure that you are achieving your goals.
                            2. Development Phase
                              1. This phase depends on the first two phases.
                                1. The instructional designers integrate the technology with the educational setting and process.
                              2. ASSURE MODEL
                                1. It is a guide for planning and conducting instruction that uses media.
                                  1. It has six steps.
                                    1. Analyze Learners
                                      1. It is important to identify your audience.
                                        1. The audience can be analyzed in terms of their general characteristics ( and specific entry competencies
                                        2. State Objectives
                                          1. State the objectives for the instructional experience
                                            1. It is important to establish what will the student get out of the lesson
                                            2. Select methods, media and materials
                                              1. Select the method you will use to teach.
                                                1. Select, design and even create your own material.
                                                2. Utilize media and materials
                                                  1. You need to decide how the media, materials and technology must be used to carry out your methods
                                                  2. Require Learner Participation
                                                    1. Let students participate because they learn better when they are actively involved in the learning experienc
                                                    2. Evaluate and Revise
                                                      1. Evaluate how effective was your lesson according to what you planned.
                                                        1. Check if something needs to be changed.
