a year. Public Agencies and for
elementary schools.
- To be eligable you have to of worked for
the employer for at least 12 Months
- 1250 hours need to have been
worked before the start of the leave
- Has to be a 50 person employment
minimum or 75 miles within the location
- !2 weeks of unpaid job protected leave

days of receiving letter.

- Occupational Safety and Health Administraion

- Supports the nations 55 poison control centers in effort to control and treat poisons.
- Centers offer free 24 hour poison help or over the phone
- Their mission is to actively advance the health care role and public health mission of our
members through information, advocacy, education and research.
