- What do you think? why didn't he stop to help with the papers?
- did you answer "Well, he's a self-absorbed person who doesn't usually help strangers"
- WELL... you just made a FUNDAMENTAL ATTRIBUTION ERROR
- You assume is not the situation, but his personality that is causing such behavior
- Don't feel bad, Research shows that its VERY HARD to stop making fundamental attribution errors.

- If you're interviewing people about how they would use the product youre desiging, BE CAREFUL HOW YOU INTERPRET!
- DO NOT forget about THE SITUATIONAL FACTORS first!
