blood, blocking up arteries and
increasing heart disease risk
- Natural unsaturated fats like
olive/sunflower oil, reduce the amount
of cholesterol. But due to the transfats,
partially hydrogenated veg oil increases
the cholesterol, so eating lots of these
foods increases heart disease risk.
