Potential Questions Questions could be put in this form: On a Scale of 0 to 10, where 0 means "My needs are not met at all" and 10 means "My Needs are fully met", please answer the following questions:     Do you have the information you need about your medical condition? Do you have the information you need about treatments for your condition? Do you have the information you need about alternative therapies? Is the information you need available in a language you understand well enough?   Do you have a satisfactory relationship with your heath insurance provider? Are you able to afford the cost of your medical care? Do you have access to good advice regarding the non-medical aspects of your condition (financial, employment, insurance, legal, etc. aspects)?   Do you have as much access to support from other MPN patients as you would like? Do you get as much help from Patient Advocates as you would like? Are you able to meet patients or other support providers face-to-face as much as you would like?   Do your regular medical practitioners have as much knowledge of MPNs as you would like? Can you contact specialist MPN experts if you need to?   Do you have as much information about medical trials for MPNs as you would like? Do you understand the mendical trial process as well as you would like? Are you able to participate in medical trails (assuming you would be medically eligible   Do you have access to the best available treatment for your condition? Does your country's health care system cover the cost of your treatment?
