She was on the COCP & had just returned from a weekend away in London
On examination, RR 26/min, HR 110bpm, BP 124/84mmHg, SpO2 94% on room air. There was no lower limb size discrepancy & chest examination was normal.

He has a background of COPD, GOLD B & is on a LABA/LAMA. He is an ex-smoker, no other PMH
On examination, HR 88 bpm, RR 24/min, BP 130/78mmHg, SpO2 94% on RA, calves soft, scattered wheeze throughout chest
What Investigation will you order?
