Potsdam Problem: Poland At Yalta the position of Poland's new border wasn't finalised whereas at Potsdam it was. Stalin also promised to keep free elections there which weren't rigged by Russia.
Potsdam Problem: Tension Unlike before there was little relationship between the leaders mostly because they were all suspicious of each other. Truman had just told Russia that their nuclear testing had been successful also.
