How many of alveoli are inside your lungs? About 600 million.
What is the Trachea also known as? Windpipe
List in order the parts of the respiratory system that air passes through as it is breathed in? Nasal Cavity Mouth, Trachea, Lungs, Bronchi, Bronchioles, Alveoli
What is Cilia? It is Small Hairs in the Nasal Cavity that collect Particles, Dust and Bacteria from air.
Explain why Lungs work far better with Alveoli than they would without them? As Alveoli are responsible for gas exchange in Lungs.
What are Bronchi? They are the largest branches stemming from the Trachea inside the Lungs.
