| Stakeholders | Individuals or organisations that have a direct interest in the decisions and performances of a business |
| Internal Stakeholders | Members of the organisation i.e. employees, shareholders |
| Employees | The staff of a business will have interest in the organisation they work for |
| Shareholders (stockholders) | The part owners of private and public limited companies. They invest their money by purchasing shares in order to receive dividends |
| Managers | The people who plan, organise and control the daily running of the business |
| Directors | Senior executives who are elected by the company's shareholders to run the business |
