Allergy	Reaction due to extreme sensitivity to certain foods, chemicals, or other normally harmless substances.

Chelating Soap	detergents that break down stubborn films and remove the residue of pedicure products such as scrubs, salts, and masks.
Customer Service	the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.
Efficacy	The ability to produce an effect
EPA	-registration number -Identifies the bacteria it will kill -lists precautions -lists active ingredients
Ethics	the moral principles by which we live and work
Fungi	Microscopic plant parasites, which include molds, mildews, and yeasts; can produce contagious diseases such as ringworm.

Protoplasm	the colorless material comprising the living part of a cell, including the cytoplasm, nucleus, and other organelles.
Sprilla	Spiral or corkscrew-shaped bacteria that cause diseases such as syphilis and Lyme disease.
Time management	the ability to use one's time effectively or productively
Toxins	Various poisonous substances produced by some microorganisms (bacteria and viruses)
Diplococci	bacteria that grow in pairs and can cause pneumonia
Binary Fission	The division of bacteria cells into two new cells called daughter cells.
Pediculosis Capitis	infestation of the scalp by head lice
Phenolic disinfectants	Powerful tuberculocidal disinfectants. They are a form of formaldehyde, have a very high pH, and can damage the skin and eyes.
