EDUCATION	People are becoming more educated meaning there are improved standard of living, leaving children at more of an economic disadvantage. This is because having fewer children leaves the parents with more money for each one so they can have more opportunities
EMANCIPATION AND STATUS OF WOMEN	Women are becoming more equal and receiving equal chances. Women are wanting to pursue careers further before having children. It means when they achieve highly they have less time to take maternity leaving or care for the children
INFANT MORTALITY	The death of children under the age of one year
LIFE EXPECTANCY	The average period that a person may expect to live.
REPLACEMENT RATE	The percentage of a worker's pre-retirement income that is paid out by a pension program upon retirement.
