what are deficiency disease caused by and what problems do they cause? | Deficiency diseases are caused by a lack of vitamins or minerals. A lack of vitamin C can cause scurvy which causes problems with skin, joints and gums |

how does you lifestyle affect your health? | - your lifestyle includes what you eat and what you do - someone who eats to much fat or carbohydrates and doesn't do much exercise will increase their risk of obesity |
