    1. Jews can only consume animals that have a split hoof and chew the cud

            1. They ca only eat healthy fish with all of its scales and fins
              1. Kosher
              2. All blood has to be drained from the animal

        2. Fruit and Vegetables
          1. All fruit and Veg that grows from soil is kosher
            1. Insects are not kosher so the products have to be very clean
              1. Carrots, letteuce, cucumber, cabbage, parsnip, tomatoes etc. ALL KOSHER
          2. Dairy
            1. All milks, cheese and yoghurts must come from kosher animals
              1. Meat and dairy are not allowed to be eaten together
