Nucleic Acids
1. a long chain of smaller molecules called nucleotides
  1. Nucleotides are made up o three major components: sugar, base and a phosphate group.

    1. carbon, hydrogen and oxygen
      1. hydrogen oxygen ratio is 2:1 or more
Carbohidrates
1. Organic Compounds made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.
  1. They are an energy source
  2. Made up of sugar molecules

Proteins
1. large molecule formed by linked smaller molecules called amino-acids.
