        1. Can use fixed practice as good for beginners is not sport specific but can be boring. Not varied practice as there are not many drills for throwing shuttlecocks.
          1. Can use massed practice as throwing a shuttlecock is a simple skill, however can get boring and tiring

                      1. Speed of throws are different

                      1. Javelin can't be used as only one arm is used
