  1. characteristics.
    1. Size: The ideal size of discussion groups is often considered to be four to six members, a number large enough to ensure some diversity in member resources but small enough so that everyone can participate. Groups naturally occurring in public are rarely larger that five or six people, and more often contain two or three
      1. Cohesion: Cohesion can be more specifically defined as the tendency for a group to be in unity while working towards a goal or to satisfy the emotional needs of its members.This definition includes important aspects of cohesiveness, including its multidimensionality, dynamic nature, instrumental basis, and emotional dimension
        1. Statutes: a law enacted by the legislative branch of a government or an act of a corporation or of its founder intended as a permanent rule.
          1. Ethics:the discipline dealing with what is good and bad and with moral duty and obligation, a set of moral principles
            1. Morals:a person's standards of behavior or beliefs concerning what is and is not acceptable for them to do
              1. The Group Conscience: is the collective conscience of the group's members, representing substantial unanimity on issues involving the group, before definitive action is taken.
                1. Interpersonal relationship:is a strong, deep, or close association or acquaintance between two or more people that may range in duration from brief to enduring. The context can vary from family or kinship relations, friendship, marriage, relations with associates, work, clubs, neighborhoods, and places of worship. Relationships may be regulated by law, custom, or mutual agreement, and form the basis of social groups and of society as a whole
                  1. Affective relationships :both positive and negative affective relationships influence expertise seeking, although their pattern of influence differed across different levels of analysis. More specifically, having either a positive or a negative affective relationship with another group member affected the decision to seek expertise from that person. Although having many positive relationships had a positive effect on expertise seeking, having many negative affective relationships had no effect.
                    1. Skills : a learned power of doing something competently,  a developed aptitude or ability
                      1. Attitudes: an bodily state of readiness to respond in a characteristic way to a stimulus (such as an object, concept, or situation)
                        1. Objectives :something toward which effort is directed : an aim, goal, or end of action goals, the end toward which effort is directed : AIM
