CONTAMINATION
  1. We can speak of pollution when elements or substances enter an environment that normally should not be in it and that affect the balance of the ecosystem.
    1. Pollutants can be physical, chemical or biological and damage environments such as water, soil or air when they are present in very high concentrations. These compounds alternate the conditions of the organisms that inhabit them, generating health or safety problems, discomfort and even death. This happens with air pollution. The air we breathe is naturally composed of nitrogen, oxygen and other greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide CC0 Public Domain. However, with the appearance of factories and vehicles that run on combustion engines, emissions of carbon monoxide and sulfur oxides have increased due to the burning of fossil fuels such as gasoline (derived from oil), gas or coal. These components naturally should not be in the atmosphere in such high concentrations and that is why it can be said that the air is polluted, or that the greenhouse effect is becoming a problem because the planet is warming more than normal. In fact, if a living being breathes air with a high content

          2. solutions
            1. Use public transportation. We have become used to using the car for everything, but it is time to think about the planet and our future and to use more sustainable and environmentally friendly means of transport. Public transport is a good solution, cheaper and less polluting than the car.
              1. Buy local products. One of the things that pollutes the most are vehicles. If we buy local products we avoid that what we buy in the supermarket is transported from distant places, with the cost of fuel and the pollution that this implies.
