    1. Checking good habits/bad habits.
      1. Unpleasant or boring task.
        1. Postponing something despite knowing that there will be negative consequences for doing so.

                          2. The irony is that procrastinators frequently complain about not having enough time to do all things they need to do, but there’s a lot of hidden time spent in having fun.

                              1. Self regulation and routines have declined.
                                1. Multiple opportunities for distraction, like: the web, e-mails, videogames, smart TVs, dating, etc.
                                  1. You can’t just turn off creativity like a faucet, you have to be in the right mood.
                                    1. The cost of procrastination -> It causes illness and can kill people.
                                      1. Why do some people suffer more from procrastination than others?
                                        1. Perfectionism.
                                          1. Difficulties tolerating uncertainty.
