  1. HEALTH : A STATE OF COMPLETE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELLBEING AND NOT MERELY THE ABSENCE OF DIESEASE AND INFIRMITY.
    1. Health can be improved by taking part in exercise as it builds up fitness levels. this should allow people to lead an active life and get through their daily life more comfortably. Regular exercise also helps to keep people healthy by preventing illness.
    2. EXERCISE: A FORM OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WHICH MAINTAINS OR IMPROVES HEALTH AND/OR PHYRICAL FITNESS
      1. Certain health problems caused by lack of exercise have increased. Such conditions are called hypokinetic diseases, and include heart disease, high blood pressure and back pain. Hypokinetic diseases can be relieved by taking exercise. Exercise is also thought to relieve stress and tension; one way is that it can distract people from their everyday lives. Taking part in exercise also increases fi tness levels which has a number of different benefi ts.
      2. FITNESS: THE ABILITY TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF THE ENVIRONMENT
        1. To most people, being fi t means being able to cope with the demands of everyday activities, such as school, college, work and home. People also exercise to improve their fitness, so that they can lead an active life without undue strain on their health and, in some cases, so that they can participate in sports and physical activities at a higher level. Fitness also contributes to enhanced performance. For example, players who are fi t can run further and faster, hold off more tackles, hit more good shots and get into better gymnastics positions.
        2. PERFORMANCE: HOW WEEL AND TASK IS COMPLETED
          1. Performance is taking part in an activity to the best of one’s ability, whether it’s Sunday afternoon football in the park or playing in the Premiership, playing tennis at the local club or competing at Wimbledon. Players at every level must exercise to keep themselves fi t and enhance their performance.
