in both tumours
combo chemo
then surgery
amputation avoided where possible
using en bloc resection of tumours w/ endoprosthetic resection
Ewing sarcoma
radiotherapy also used
manage local disease, esp when surgical resection impossible/incomplete e.g. in pelvis, axial skeleton
