Principle Planes & Axes
3 linear Axes: X, Y, Z
Z Axes: along the spine and out the top of the head
Y Axes: Through our ears out the other side
X Axes: From back of the head, through our noes in front of us
Rotate around these axes (but stay within the plane of the other two)
Frontal (Roll)
Like a cartwheel around the X axes
Median (Pitch)
Like nodding your head or forwards roll around the Y axes
Transverse (Yaw)
Z Axes - Pirowet spinning around on the spot
