Planning
  1. Props List
    1. The Prop's list is extremely similar to the equipment list in the way that it consisted of all the appropriate costumes/accessories which was need for that day or scene in which we was filming.
    2. Shooting Schedule
      1. The shooting schedule played a important role in the construction of the performance as everybody knew what was going on each day.
        1. The shooting schedule vastly improved our communication and organisation skills within the group as we all had a strong understanding of the location, times, members of the screw needed and camera shots/angles. This was imperative for our trip up London and we designed this table on Powerpoint before hand and uploaded to our blogs.
          1. In collaboration with using our weather app we could incorprate the predicted weather for the day into our shooting schedule. The reason for this was simply so we was prepared, appropriatley dressed for the weather and we knew exactly what condition we where potentially filming in.
          2. Equipment List
            1. The equipment list was highly important in terms of organisation as it was created in a clear table format , informing us of what technology we needed for each day.
              1. By the equipment list being in a singular, clear, collective format it ensure that we where very prepared pre-production and it reduced the likelihood of us forgetting anything.
              2. Polyvore
                1. Polyvore is an effective piece of software which enables us to design our artist outfit/costume, which is realistic and relevant to the convention of the 'Pop' genre.
                  1. Polyvore had a huge wide range of clothing consisting of all types of clothes, accessories and styles. This enable us to try out all random ideas in which we had, until we where completely satisfied with what we wanted our artist to wear. It even opened our ideas to look at clothing a accessories which clearly elaborated our genre or what was just on the boarder line.
                  2. Social Media
                    1. We decided a page on the three most current and successful media sites world wide as this current time for our artist. This consisted of a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page specifically for Marcus Matthews.
                      1. By incorperating social media into our production it aloud us to add a large scale, free promotional element to our production. On top of this it was used for the artist to interact with the target audience so they feel involved and kept up to date with the journey that the artist is going on. Another use of social media is simply to allow further feedback and to allow the target audience to have a bigger voice in the production, with them being able to comment or to get in touch with the artist.
                      2. Crew List
                        1. The crew list was a highly organised part of are production which simply informed everyone of what there role would be, in relation to the job or scene.
                          1. The advantage of the crew list was that it solved time wasting and disorganisation so when we got to a certain scene we knew exactly who was doing what.
                            1. The crew listed was created on Powerpoint from the Microsoft Office Package.
                            2. Weather Applications
                              1. The weather application in which we used was BBC weather which we downloaded for free of the app store, due to its positive reviews and realiability. We used this intially when we planned for the day of filming, the day before filming and the morning that we went out filming, so that we had the most accurate prediction of the weather as possible.
                                1. For the pre - planning which took place about a week before the day in which we went filming we checked the weather then to get a general overview of what the weather was like, in the case of extreme conditions e.x snow.
