Causes: Second civil war --> people 2009 - Sudan in need of international aid Nile goes though the East of Sudan North - Libyan desert, no rainfall for up to 4 years

Impacts: 1.5 mln people in drought conditions Illegal camps set up (no water, sanitation, disease spread) Government doesn't allow food aid in (wants people to farm on their own) People scared to return home (war zone)
