Mean- the average of a data setTo find the mean you add all numbers and then divide by the amount of numbers in the data set.

Example: Find the mean of 6, 7, and 11.6 + 7 + 11 = 24Divide the sum by the amount of numbers in the data set. There are 3 numbers in the data set. 24/3 = 8The mean is 8.
