When your body craves for something (not chocolate, more like a specific veggie/fruit), please have it. There is some food constituent (a protein, a mineral etc.) in it that your body needs and that is its way of signaling your brain. There are food groups that go together and that do not go together. Eg: Grains go with veggies/meat, fruits are best eaten by themselves as a meal or snack. Grains and legumes are a great combination. Meat and legumes is heavy to digest*** Eat whole grains(brown rice, bran, buckwheat, oats) for their fiber content. Fiber is very imp. with protein to enable digestion. Protein found in eggs, fish, meat, soy, legumes etc. is of different types. Have it in all these variations. Wake up in the morning to a glass of warm water**** Have fruits first thing in the morning***** Hot breakfast should be avoided. Don't obsess over weight loss. If you do, you WILL NOT lose weight. Thats how it works! If you focus on health and happiness/enjoyment, you will always lose more. :)*********** Morning exercise is recommended strongly. If you can't wake up early to exercise, try signing in to work and then going for a short walk.***
