Goods should be fit for the purpose. Goods should be as described. If goods are bought by sample they should correspond with sample. Suppliers of a service should have the necessary skill to provide the service. Suppliers of a service should provide the service with proper care and diligence Ensure that materials and parts used in the service will be of merchantable quality.
