    When using Conceptual Models
    A mental model is when you think you know what to do when using an iPod, but when you get it, you're clueless.  A conceptual model is an object you're using. It does not match the mental model you developed before you got it and that’s a problem.

    Look out for these mistakes
    Designers think they know their audience, but they really don't and it shows off in their work. Designers create conceptual models for a specific demographic and not for everyone. Designers not showing off real-world work.
