    If it is taken or required, it is no longer free. Self giving is hard- over come laziness, selfishness sensuality, and stinginess

    Witnessed through sacred scriptures and through human experience Right and a duty to exercise our moral conscience good=moral truth not an infallible guide and can be ignored or blinded

    We must continually seek God's grace, continually...How is a conscience formed? Practice frequent and honest self- examinations Sacrament of Reconciliation Numb to wrongdoing and ceases to function as it should Called by Baptism to become a saint

    What is a Moral Act?
    An action the results from a deliberate choice between good and evil, or degrees of goodness. Envolves both deliberate and choice Moral content (yawning) Personal act- involve intellect and true will, never leaves exactly the same.
