SITUATION

-I note that almost all the leaves of trees are green.

PROBLEM

-Why the leaves are green trees and what color is that?

Hypothesis

-The leaves of trees are green because through chlorophyll can perform photosynthesis (food manufacturing and release CO2).

EXPERIMENTATION

-To show that the leaves of trees are green I do a simple experiment in which I put in a glass, alcohol and put green leaves and has put a boil. After boiling I note that alcohol has changed color and has turned green and this color was due to chlorophyll (green pigment)

CONCLUSION

-In conclusion the hypothesis is valid, since the leaves of trees are green by the presence of a green pigment called chlorophyll, essential for photosynthesis.
