differences between breathing and respration

Diaphragm contracts and moves down air enters through nose and mouth, Goes into windpipe air goes into Bronchi & then lungs oxygen taken from the blood in lungs and blood deposits CO2 waste into air in lungs CALLED GAS EXCHANGE diaphragm relaxes and moves up air squeezed out oh lungs and then breathe out.

AEROBIC RESPIRATIONGlucose + Oxygen -----> water = carbon dioxide + ENERGY

ANAROBIC RESPIRATIONOnly happens with Glucose. the product is a little bit of energy released because not all energy released fm glucose molecule. takes place in cells with little oxygen in. happens when exercise a lot  can cause muscle cramps and fainting. to get rid of lactic acid produced we pant to get supply of oxygen amount of oxygen needed is called oxygen debt.
