Explain and Elaborate Reflecting and setting goals: Consider your progress in Professional Studies and Planning for Teaching. What did you learn? How do you feel about your development as an educator? After reflecting, write a set of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely) goals that you can work towards throughout this unit. Describe a classroom management strategy that your mentor teacher used on your previous professional placement, and explain why you would or would not consider using the strategy when you have your own class
