Brandenburg concerto No.5 in D major - movement III gigue ternary stepwise no dynamics - the harpsichord cant play dynamic and it uses texture instead the subject is the violin and the answer is the flute - these are the concertino parts, shown by the bar grouping the together the piece is in D major-however, it begins moving towards the key of A when a G sharp accidental is placed in bar 15-It changes to A in bars 17-20 the viola, chello and double bass are the ripieno parts as shown by the bar grouping them together there is a harpsichord accompaniment, this has moments of concertino like phrasing the trills on the harpsichord show ornamentation, the harpsichord also uses trills as it cannot hold the note for long enough there is figured bass in the harpsichord part the piece is ternary
