The Pythagorean Theorem shows how the side lengths of a right triangle are related
NOTE: The Pythagorean Theorem works ONLY on RIGHT TRIANGLES.If used on something other than a right triangle, it will not work
Pythagorean Theorem- a²+b²=c²
A and B can be either or, a²+b²= b²+a²But C is ALWAYS the largest number in the whole theorem because if a²+b²=c², c will be the largest because it is the sum of a² + b²
A and B are the Legs and C is the Hypotenuse
In the Pythagorean Theorem there are Legs and the Hypotenuse
