Forming a Habit Takes a Long Time
The time it takes to form a habit can very depending on the complexity of the task, but the average time is around 66 days. Research has found that missing one day every once in a while isn't enough to break a habit but missing two or more days can begin to erode the habit. Take away: don't give people complex tasks if you want them to visit consistently.
