Steps of Service

* Greet table and deliver hushpuppies * Take drink orders * Deliver drinks and discuss menu questions or recommendations * Offer appetizers & starters and send in the order * Bring app plates and other accompaniments to the table * If your guests are ready, take their dinner orders * Bus app plates and serve soup course (if ordered) * Bus the table and serve the salad course * Deliver sauces and other accompaniments for the entrees
