Pregunta Respuesta
Why do the stigmas in wind-pollinated flowers have a large surface area? To easily catch the pollen floating in the wind
Why do the stigmas in insect-pollinated flowers have smaller surface area? They do not have to catch pollen floating in the wind, so there is no use for larger surface area.
Why are the stigmas in wind-pollinated flowers held outside the flower? To easily catch pollen grains floating in the wind
