What is the procedure to test a leaf for starch? 1. Kill the leaf using boiling water 2. Use ethanol to decolour the leaf (leaf turns white) 3. Wash leaf to soften 4. Use Iodine to test for the presence of starch (iodine will turn black if starch present)
