Individual responses	Many people tried to evacuate and help each other as there was no electricity and evacuation can only happen during daylight
Organisational responses	The World Health Organisation coordinated the international response to help the Philippine Government meet healthcare needs
Governmental responses	The government announced that they were in a state of national calamity. Aid was provided and the UK gave a £6 million package including shelter, water and household items
